Salomon Perel (Sally, Shlomo) was born in 1925 into a family of an orthodox rabbi in the German town of Pein. While escaping the Nazis to the East, he gets captured. Just before his execution, he saves himself by lying, claiming to be a Volksdeutsche named Josef (Jupp). Later he is sent to Germany, to the elite Hitler Jugend school.

With the method of synoptic narrative allows to study the same person's actions according to their current identity by watching the way they tell their own story, each time giving it a new form, the author was able to show the biographical tearing of Solomon Perel and his "Being in between".

Presentation of the first video installation ("4xSally") took place in December at the Jewish Museum in Vienna.

Accompanying event organized in cooperation with the Austrian Culture Forum and Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw
